
2 People Injured in Kabul Blast, Claims Taliban Spokesman
Two people were injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) attack in Kabul, a Taliban spokesperson confirmed.
Khalid Zadran, the spokesman of the Taliban police for Kabul province, tweeted on Saturday night that the explosion occurred around 6:00 pm at the Pashtunistan intersection, Kabul’s 2nd PD.
The blast targeted a civilian Hilux-type vehicle, according to the Taliban spokesman.
Zadran has stated that an investigation was underway on this matter.
No individual or group has immediately claimed responsibility for this attack.
