
Afghan Farmer Murdered in Ghazni Province in Latest String of Crimes
Local sources in Ghazni province report that a man has been killed in Giru district of this province.
The incident occurred on Saturday, April 8, in the village of Mohib-lagh in Giru district.
The victim, named Lali, was a farmer who was working on his farm when he was killed.
Khalid Sarhadi, a Taliban spokesman in Ghazni, confirmed the incident and said that the perpetrator has been arrested.
Taliban have described the motive for this event as personal enmity.
Recent criminal events have increased in Afghanistan. Two days ago, a 32-year-old man was also killed by unknown individuals in Charikar City, the center of Parwan province.
