Afghan Teenager Hangs Himself in Iran Amid Economic Hardships
Local sources from Paktika province report that a resident of this province hanged himself in Iran.
Sources from the province say that the dead body of the young man, named Faisal, who had hanged himself two days ago, was transferred to Paktika province on Monday morning, April 3.
Faisal was a resident of Jani-khel district in Paktika province.
Sources emphasize that Faisal had gone to Iran a few days ago due to economic problems and was engaged in construction work in that country.
It is not yet clear why Faisal committed suicide.
It should be noted that after the return of the Taliban to power, many young people in the country migrate to other countries, including Iran, due to poverty and lack of job opportunities.
