Al-Khorasani, leader of ISIS in Kabul was arrested; First Vice President

8 Subh, Kabul: The office of the First Vice President announced that Ghulam Nasser, known as Al-Khorasani, one of the main leaders of the “ISIS Taliban” terrorist group and the leader of the ISIS group in Kabul, was arrested by security forces.

This office said in a news release on Saturday, April 10, that Al-Khorasani played a key role in dozens of terrorist and destructive attacks in Kabul, including ” murder, kidnapping, and the heinous act of sodomy”.

According to the Office of the First Vice President, al-Khorasani, along with his other activities, abducted a 14-year-old boy from the western part of Kabul.  After taking him to Tala Barfak, Al-Khorasani first subjected him to various types of torture and after the “henious act of sodomy”, killed him.

Amrullah Saleh’s office also said in the newsletter that Al-Khorasani had been in hiding for some time and had been “secretly” surfing until he was arrested by national security forces in the eighth district of Kabul.
