Deadly Traffic Accident Claims 7 Lives and Leaves 14 Injured in Badakhshan Province

According to local sources in the northeastern province of Badakhshan, a traffic accident in the province has left 7 people dead and 14 others injured.

The incident occurred on Friday, May 12, in the village of Bagh-e-Mubarak in the Khash district of Badakhshan.

According to sources, the deadly accident occurred when a car overturned after veering off the road.

The condition of several of the injured is reported to be critical.

The aforementioned vehicle was reportedly traveling from the Khash district to the Baharak district in Badakhshan.

Traffic accidents have been on the rise in the northeastern provinces of the country in recent weeks.

Last week, more than 20 people were injured in two separate traffic accidents in the provinces of Takhar and Badakhshan.
