
Fatal Traffic Collision in Zabul Province Claims Nine Lives
Tragedy struck in Zabul province as a result of a traffic collision between a 580-type passenger bus and a Mazda vehicle, claiming the lives of nine individuals and leaving 31 others injured, according to local sources.
The incident occurred on Thursday, June 8, at the Pul-e Sangi area of Qalat, the center of Zabul.
Among the victims of this unfortunate accident were women and children.
Reports indicate a surge in traffic-related incidents in recent times.
Yesterday, another incident took place in the vicinity of Panjab district in Bamiyan province, where a car overturned, resulting in injuries to 14 people, including women and children.
The main causes attributed to the increase in traffic accidents across the country are road conditions and driver negligence.
