Reliable local sources in Nimruz have reported the deaths of two prisoners in the province.
Sources informed Hasht-e Subh that two prisoners lost their lives in a mysterious manner on Tuesday night, May 16.
An insider from the Taliban confirmed the deaths of these two prisoners and told Hasht-e Subh that both individuals were sent by prison authorities last night to unclog the sewage pipes but tragically lost their lives due to gas inhalation.
No details have been provided regarding the identity of these two prisoners, and it is unclear why they were incarcerated.
So far, local Taliban officials in Nimruz have not commented on the matter.
