Local sources in Ghazni report that a 7-year-old child in this province has been brutally murdered by unknown individuals.
A reliable source at the Ghazni provincial hospital told Hasht-e Subh that the child’s body was transferred to the hospital on Sunday, April 30.
According to the source, the young child died as a result of excessive beating.
The source added that several days had passed since the child’s murder, and his body was found in a ditch in the Sultan Mahmood Ghaznavi town and transferred to the hospital by Taliban fighters.
Meanwhile, sources in the Jani Khel district of Paktika province report that a 12-year-old child died as a result of lightning striking in this province.
It is said that the child was working on a farm when the lightning struck.
Ten days ago, a student also lost his life due to lightning strikes in Ghazni, and two others were injured.
