Local sources in Paktika report the discovery of the hanging body of a 14-year-old teenager in this province.
A reliable source at the Paktika Provincial Hospital states that the body of the teenager was found hanging under a bridge in the Dasht-e Allah Akbar area of Yosufkhel district in this province and was subsequently transferred to the hospital on the morning of Monday, May 15.
According to the source, the child was first hanged by unknown individuals and then placed in a sack under the bridge.
The identity of the teenager has not yet been determined, and the body remains at the Paktika Provincial Hospital.
The Taliban have not made any statements regarding this incident in Paktika.
