Residents of Tergan area of Jeghato district of Ghazni province have completed the building of one school building by the residents’ contributed budget and funding.
According to respective residents, more than five million Afghanis have been spent on the construction of this school, all of which has been paid for by the local people and the financial assistance of some Afghan diaspora.
The respective school is built on a land of 380 square meters and has eight classrooms, administrative departments, and a hall. Local people have hired three teachers in the department of scientific subjects and exam preparation to organize reinforcement classes for students.
In addition, the respective residents have recently built a clinic worth of more than 6 million AFN at their own expense with the help of the community’s diaspora members.
This clinic is built on land with an area of more than 400 square meters, which has 12 rooms, a living room, and several bathrooms.
