Traffic Accidents in Nangarhar and Laghman Result in Four Deaths and Eleven Injuries

Local sources in Nangarhar and Laghman are reporting four separate traffic incidents in these provinces, resulting in four fatalities and eleven injuries.

Sources on Sunday, September 17th, revealed that the first incident occurred in the Abdul-Khil area of Koz-Kunar district in Nangarhar province on the previous day.

This incident resulted from a collision between a Saracha-type vehicle and a Corolla, leading to the unfortunate death of one woman and injuries to six others.

According to sources, the second traffic incident took place in the seventh district of Jalalabad city, where a woman tragically lost her life.

Another source added that on the Kabul-Nangarhar highway, in the Qarghayi district of Laghman province, a car overturned yesterday, resulting in one fatality and injuries to five other individuals.

Sources further inform us that in Alingar district of Laghman, an individual collided with a car, resulting in the death of that person.

The Taliban have also confirmed these incidents in Nangarhar and Laghman.

In recent days, there has been an increase in traffic incidents in various parts of the country.
