
Traffic Incident in Bamiyan; Three Taliban Members Killed and Six Others, Including a Civilian, Injured
Local sources in Bamiyan province have reported that as a result of the overturning of a Ranger-type motor vehicle belonging to Taliban intelligence forces, three members of this group have been killed and six others, including one civilian, have been injured.
Sources reported on Tuseday, April 11, that the incident occurred in the area of Jade-Naw in the center of Bamiyan and the reason for the incident was cited as the high speed of the Taliban’s motor vehicle.
Another source has also confirmed the incident and stated that the injured of this incident have been transferred to the Bamiyan provincial hospital for treatment.
The health status of four of the injured has been identified as critical and they have been transferred to Kabul for treatment.
Taliban have not yet commented on the matter in Bamiyan.
Taliban’s motor vehicles have caused many accidents in the past due to their high speed and inexperienced drivers, claiming the lives of several citizens.
