Reports from the provinces of Bamiyan and Kapisa indicate that two separate traffic incidents have resulted in the loss of three lives and injuries to two others.

In Bamiyan, sources confirm that a truck veered off the road and collided with a mountain in the Shibar district, leading to the tragic deaths of two individuals and injuring another person. The incident took place around 1:00 AM on Tuesday, November 21, in the village of “Kaloo” in the Shibar district.

Simultaneously, local sources in Kapisa reported a fatal traffic incident in the Sherwani Bazaar area of the Nijrab district, where one person lost their life, and another individual sustained injuries.

The Taliban has also verified these events.

Traffic accidents in the country are consistently attributed to reckless driving, non-compliance with traffic laws, road deterioration, and narrow roads.
