Local sources from Faryab and Jawzjan provinces report that in two separate traffic incidents in these provinces, two people were killed and seven others, including children and women, were injured.
Local sources say that on Saturday afternoon, 8 April, as a result of a passenger minibus overturning on the Jowzjan-Balkh highway, four people, including two children, a man, and a woman, were injured.
This incident took place in the village of Chaharsay in the Faiz-abad district of Jawzjan province.
On the other hand, local sources from Faryab province say that in a similar incident, a Toyota Corolla car that was moving from Mazar-i-Sharif, the center of Balkh province, towards Maimana city, due to high speed in Khaja Sabz Posh district of Faryab province, deviated from the road, and as a result, two people, including a woman, were killed and three others were injured.
This incident took place around 10:00 am on Friday, 7 April.
This comes as two days ago, in two separate traffic incidents on the No-1 highway in the Khaja Sabz Posh district, two people, including a six-year-old child and a man, lost their lives.
