Local sources in Badghis have reported the suicide of a 19-year-old young man in Gazistan village of the Jund district in Badghis province on Monday, May 15. The young man ended his life by shooting himself.
According to sources, family problems caused the suicide. The Taliban confirmed the event but did not provide further details.
This news comes after two women were killed in separate incidents in Qadis and Balamorghab districts of Badghis province earlier this week. The province is currently facing increasing violence.
