The Afghanistan Freedom Front has announced that three Taliban fighters were killed and two others wounded in an attack by the front’s forces on a Taliban checkpoint in Kabul.
In a statement released on Thursday, August 27, the front said the attack took place at around 8:00 p.m. last night in the Ali Khail area of Kabul’s 16th security district.
The Afghanistan Freedom Front added that its forces suffered no casualties or damage in the attack.
The attack comes as clashes between the Freedom Front and the Taliban have intensified in various parts of Afghanistan in recent weeks.
The Afghanistan Freedom Front also announced yesterday that one Taliban fighter was killed and two others wounded after its forces attacked a Taliban outpost in Kunar.
