Kabul – Arif Alvi, the president of Pakistan has said that maintaining peace in Afghanistan helps to bring welfare in the region which will create more business opportunities in the world, and he is hopeful that an inclusive government should be formed to represent all political parties in Afghanistan.
On Sunday, October 10, in an interview with Khaleej News, the president of Pakistan has stated that peace can provide such an opportunity for countries around the world in which they can have relations with Central Asia through this war-torn country.
Afghanistan’s instability would cause more rush of refuges to Pakistan, Alvi added.
“We do not want any form of instability in the neighboring country, and we hope to see an inclusive government that represents all political stakeholders,” Pakistan’s president told Khaleej News.
Pakistan is one of the important players in the affairs of Afghanistan, and it collaborates with the Taliban in humanitarian assistance only, Arif Alvi stated.
According to him, Afghans suffer due to the sanctions and freezing of the country’s assets.
Pakistan is known as the sponsor of the Taliban which has a significant role in changes in Afghanistan.
