8 Subh; Kabul: Local sources in Kandahar province say that an explosion took place in from of the Kandahar governor’s office at 2:00 A.M, on Sunday, 4 July.
According to local sources, the explosion was caused by a bomb in the car of Mansour Ahmad, the secretary of Ruhollah Khanzada, the governor of Kandahar.
Mansour Ahmad was killed in the blast. The bomber struck shortly afternoon in front of Kandahar governor’s office.
No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the blast.
Meanwhile, the Taliban are approaching the gates of Kandahar city.
