The Spin Boldak-Chaman crossing is reopened formally for passengers and commercial goods on Monday after a week following a clash between the Taliban and Pakistani security forces, local sources in Kandahar said.
According to sources, the Taliban and the Pakistani military agreed on the reopening of the crossing the previous day, adding that the agreement was made after the Taliban handed over the perpetrator of the attack who reportedly killed eight Pakistani border forces.
