The Taliban report that Pakistani forces’ attacks in Paktia and Paktika provinces have killed three civilians and injured three more.
Hamdullah Fitrat, deputy spokesman for the Taliban, said that these individuals were targeted on Friday, 6 March.
He added that Pakistani soldiers have targeted people’s homes in the Samkani and Patan districts of Paktia.
He said that in these attacks, a man named Chaman, son of Bajaur, was killed, and another was wounded.
He added that in these districts, 10 houses, 14 shops, two markets, and a mosque were destroyed.
Fitrat also highlighted that attacks in the Barmal and Shakin districts of Paktika killed two people and injured two others.
The Taliban say that over 100 families were displaced and 10 homes destroyed in Alishir and Tere Zayi districts.
Military tensions between the Taliban and Pakistan have continued for over a week, leaving casualties on both sides.
