Kabul – The United States president, Joe Biden, has given permission to the Department of State in the country to spend 976.1 million dollars from the budget of the Emergency Relief Fund to assist the Afghan refugees.
The amount of money would be spent to fight against the refugee crisis, unexpected needs of refugees, and the relocation of more people who are at risk due to the current situation in Afghanistan, the White House said in a statement.
The White House statement has stated that the money will be provided bilateral and multilateral which will be spent through budget allocation to the international organizations, non-government groups, and the US organizations.
