Taliban gives American bases in Afghanistan to countries interested in investment.
The Taliban’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, Nuruddin Azizi, raised this issue in an interview with Reuters.
According to Azizi, Iran, Russia and China are interested in investing and establishing industrial parks and thermal power plants in Afghanistan.
Azizi said that the Taliban’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry has a plan based on which special economic zones will be established in former American bases in Afghanistan.
Before withdrawing from Afghanistan, America had large bases in Parwan, Helmand and a handful of other provinces.
