In the aftermath of an explosion caused by a roadside mine in Quetta, the capital city of Balochistan province, Pakistan, one person has tragically lost their life while another has sustained injuries.
According to a report by the Express Tribune, the blast occurred on Thursday, February 1, in the “Sabzal” area of Quetta city.
Preliminary reports indicate that the victims of this tragic incident were civilians.
As of now, no entity has claimed responsibility for the explosion. However, it is noteworthy that the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) remains active in this region.
This event comes in the wake of another explosion on January 17, where at least nine individuals, including three children and a traffic police officer, were injured in Quetta, Pakistan.
