Kabul – The acting Foreign Ministry of the Taliban has confirmed that the government of Germany also wants to reopen its embassy in Kabul.
The acting foreign minister Amir Khan Muttaqi in an interview with a foreign media said on (Saturday, November 20) that the government of Germany intends to resume its diplomatic activity in Afghanistan.
The German government reopens its embassy in the current week, he added.
The German government has not officially confirmed the issue yet.
Meanwhile, the Embassy of United Arab Emirates has also reopened its embassy in Kabul today (Sunday, November 21).
