The Taliban group brutally tortured and killed a young Panjshiri resident who was arrested almost a month ago at the 40 Directorate Intelligence in Kabul, local sources reported.
According to sources, this young man, whose name was Salahuddin, was mainly a resident of Abdara area, Anaba district.
The victim’s body was reportedly handed over to his family members on Wednesday.
Sources meanwhile have emphasized that the victim was not affiliated with any resistance group and he was killed and tortured for the crime of “being a Panjshiri”.
Dozens of civilians have been also tortured and killed by the Taliban in Panjshir province, according to reports.
