In an official order, the Taliban prime minister, under the guidance of its leader, has appointed several people to collect Chanda – a special type of handouts – in different states of Pakistan.

Based on this order, which has been made available to Hasht-e Subh Daily Newspaper, Maulawi Abdul Qadir known as Ahmad Haji has been appointed as the general director for fundraising in Pakistan.

This order was given to the prime minister by Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzadeh last Thursday.

According to this order, Mawlawi Mohammad Tahir Anwari, as the person in charge of handout collection in Sindh province, Mawlawi Najibullah, as the person in charge of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and similarly, Mawlawi Muhammad Zubair, the person in charge of Punjab province, and Haji Mohammad have been appointed as the person in charge of collecting handout in Baluchistan province.
