Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX, has accused the Ukrainian military of violating the terms of service for Starlink satellite internet, saying access to the service has been restricted as a result.
The Russian news agency TASS reported on Sunday, October 25, that Musk said the Ukrainian military had used Starlink for offensive drone attacks aimed at killing people, thereby violating the service’s terms of use.
He also criticized those who, he said, want the war in Ukraine to continue indefinitely but offer no realistic solutions to end the conflict.
In a post on X, Musk wrote: “I have nothing but utter contempt for evil warmongers who, under the guise of virtue, call for endless killing.”
His remarks come as the war between Russia and Ukraine continues, with both sides carrying out reciprocal attacks, including drone and missile strikes.
