Russia’s Defense Ministry has reported an attack on Ukraine’s Chernomorsk port, claiming that it targeted military facilities used by the Ukrainian army.
The TASS news agency reported on Monday, July 13, that the attack was carried out by Russian armed forces overnight.
According to the report, Russia’s Defense Ministry said that air-launched long-range precision-guided weapons and attack drones were used in the attack.
Russia claimed that fuel storage facilities, ammunition and missile weapon depots, as well as a Ukrainian container transport control center, were targeted in the strikes.
Meanwhile, Russia has been waging a large-scale military invasion of Ukraine for four years, but has so far failed to overthrow the country’s government.
