The Israeli military has announced that its forces killed a Hamas commander in Gaza.
Al Jazeera reported on Sunday, September 20, that the Israeli military made the announcement in a statement.
According to the report, the Israeli military claimed that the Hamas member had taken part in the October 7 attacks three years ago in southern Israel.
The Israeli military identified the Hamas member as Mohammad Suleiman Bayouk.
According to the Israeli military, the Hamas member was killed four days ago in Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip.
This comes as Israel’s military offensive in the Gaza Strip following the October 7 attacks, which has resulted in the deaths of at least 73,000 Palestinians, has faced widespread international criticism.
