Sources in Kandahar Province say that a man was mysteriously killed in the province and his body was buried beneath a wall.
The sources told the Hasht-e Subh Daily on Thursday, September 10, that the body of the man, who was killed in the Salehano area of Panjwayi District, Kandahar Province, was found today.
According to the information, the man had gone to Panjwayi for business and had a business partnership with some people there.
According to the sources, he was first killed, after which his motorcycle was taken. His body was then buried beneath a wall in an attempt to conceal the killing.
They added that after the body was buried, water was released onto the ground so that the body would completely decompose and become unidentifiable.
According to the sources, several individuals from Uruzgan Province have been arrested in connection with the incident.
However, the Taliban in Kandahar have so far not officially provided information about the identity of the victim or those arrested.
