Local sources in Ghor province confirm the Taliban have imprisoned a young man for posting critical content on his Facebook page.
In an interview on Monday, sources said the young man was arrested for criticizing lawlessness in the province.
According to the sources, after he succeeded in a job in one of the organizations of Ghor province, the Taliban took him to the Intelligence Directorate to check out his background.
The Taliban Directorate of Intelligence imprisoned him after checking his Facebook account and he is still in prison and is being tortured by the Taliban, sources added.
Since the Taliban returned to power in Afghanistan, many people have been arrested and tortured for criticizing this group on social media platforms.
