The Afghanistan Freedom Front has claimed responsibility for tonight’s attack in Kabul city. In a statement, the front alleged that around 8:00 PM on Saturday, April 13, they attacked vehicles transporting Taliban intelligence operatives in the Sark-e Now area of Kabul city’s Kart-e Naw district. According to the statement, this attack resulted in the death of two Taliban fighters and the injury of three others.
The Afghanistan Freedom Front (AFF) also reported the destruction of a Taliban ranger in this operation. The Taliban have not yet commented on this incident. This marks the second attack by the Afghanistan Freedom Front in Kabul city in the past two days.
Yesterday, the front claimed responsibility for an attack on Taliban patrol vehicles in the Artal Bridge (Pul-e Artal) area of Kabul city, asserting that one Taliban member was killed and three others injured.
