Local sources in Kandahar say the body of a middle-aged man was found this morning in the fifth district of Spin Boldak, Kandahar province.

Sources told the Hasht-e Subh Daily on Tuesday, October 20, that local residents transferred the body to the district’s emergency hospital for identification after discovering it.

According to the sources, the man had been mysteriously killed.

In recent months, numerous reports of mysterious killings and criminal incidents have emerged from various provinces across Afghanistan.

The increase in such incidents has raised public concerns about personal safety and the spread of crime across the country.
