The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Afghanistan has warned that some individuals are impersonating the organization, promising assistance and asking for money in return.
The organization stated in a message on Tuesday, March 17, that it is aware of the existence of such individuals.
The IOM emphasized that all its services are provided free of charge.
The organization has urged people to contact the organization if they encounter such individuals.
It is worth noting that UN humanitarian agencies in Afghanistan provide their services free of charge.
