Israeli army attacks on the Gaza Strip have killed at least five people over the past 24 hours.
Al Jazeera reported on Sunday, August 30, that the Gaza Health Ministry, which is controlled by Hamas, reported the casualties.
According to the report, a three-year-old Palestinian child also died from injuries sustained in an Israeli airstrike targeting a gathering of civilians in western Deir al-Balah.
Another person was also reportedly killed in the Israeli strike.
Meanwhile, since the ceasefire in October last year, at least 1,318 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
