The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has claimed that three members of the Taliban were killed and two others wounded in a targeted operation on a Taliban vehicle in Kunduz.
In a statement released on Sunday evening, February 22, the group stated that the operation was carried out at approximately 7 p.m. on Saturday in the Bandar Kabul area, near Kunduz Airport.
The statement added that no members of the National Resistance Front or civilians were harmed in the attack.
The National Resistance Front stressed that its forces will continue targeted attacks against the Taliban in various parts of the country, with the stated aim of freeing Afghanistan from the rule of what it describes as a “terrorist group.”
