The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has reported that three people were killed and seven others injured following a Pakistani missile attack on an earthquake-affected camp in Kunar province.
On Wednesday, March 4, the council posted on its X page that the missile struck shelters housing people who had fled the August 2025 earthquake.
According to the NRC, 650 families were forced to flee again.
The message stated: “Many with no shelter or services. Civilians must be protected.”
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said that since the start of the clashes, 8,400 people have been displaced.
