Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Qatar’s Prime Minister, has said that anyone responsible for the destruction of the besieged Palestinian territory is a “war criminal.”
Al Jazeera reported early Wednesday, September 30, that Qatar’s Prime Minister made the remarks in the United States.
According to the report, he described Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip as unjustifiable during an appearance on the “Piers Morgan Uncensored” programme, in response to a question about the nature of Israel’s actions there.
Sheikh Mohammed also described Hamas’s October 7 attack on Israel as a “massacre” and stressed that the attack must be “condemned.”
He added: “Hospitals have been targeted, and schools have also been targeted. Regardless of any justification or argument, nothing can justify this situation.”
This comes as Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip have also drawn strong reactions from leaders of several other countries around the world.
