Afghanistan’s National Resistance Front has announced that three Taliban fighters were killed in an attack by its forces in Rabat Sangi district of Herat province.

In a statement released on Sunday, November 8, the front said its forces had organized and carried out an operation near the Torghundi market in Rabat Sangi district the previous night.

According to the statement, the operation took place at around 9:30 p.m. The three people killed were Taliban fighters operating in the area.

The National Resistance Front added that its forces had also seized three firearms and a radio communication device during the operation.

The front said its targeted attacks would continue in various parts of Afghanistan, with the stated aim of liberating the people and the country from Taliban rule.
