US President Donald Trump has said he is prepared to use his executive powers if Democrats take control of the House of Representatives in the US midterm elections.
CBS News reported early Wednesday, November 4, that Trump said he would like to be called “Mr. Veto.”
According to the report, Trump is willing to push Democrats to the brink if they win a majority in the House of Representatives.
Preliminary results from the US midterm elections indicate that Democratic candidates are leading their Republican rivals.
However, if Democrats win control of the House of Representatives, Trump’s executive policies are expected to face significant challenges.
