Israeli forces have shelled several towns in Lebanon’s southern Nabatieh Governorate.
Al Jazeera reported on Wednesday, September 9, that several areas in southern Lebanon were targeted in the artillery attacks.
According to the report, the towns of Doha, Kfar Rouman, and Kfar Tebnit in Nabatieh Governorate came under Israeli artillery fire.
Local Lebanese sources also reported heavy explosions in Haddatha, in the Bint Jbeil district.
The attacks come a day after southern Lebanon was also targeted by Israeli airstrikes.
Despite a US-mediated ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon, the Israeli military has continued its daily attacks in southern Lebanon.
