Local sources have reported the brutal shooting of a man by Taliban fighters in the Sorubi district near Kabul.
According to conversations with Hasht-e Subh Daily, the Taliban allegedly killed Jamal, the son of Sherin, on Friday evening, December 1, in the Naghlo area of the Sorubi district. The victim was reportedly shot inside his vehicle.
Jamal’s lifeless body was discovered today, Sunday, December 2.
As of now, the motive behind this tragic incident remains unclear.
No official statements have been released by the Taliban concerning the event.
It is noteworthy that, since their return to power, the Taliban have faced widespread accusations of human rights violations from various human rights organizations. Despite these allegations, the Taliban has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
