US President Donald Trump has confirmed American military strikes on Iran’s Qeshm Island.

His remarks came after Iranian media reported on Saturday, November 7, that two missiles had struck the Suza area on Qeshm Island, located in the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump had previously spoken of progress in Washington’s talks with Tehran.

Meanwhile, Axios reported that US Vice President JD Vance is leading indirect negotiations with Iran aimed at reaching an agreement with Tehran.

The talks are intended to establish a new ceasefire and resume nuclear negotiations between the two countries.
