U.S. forces in the Middle East are preparing to launch new and potentially large-scale military operations against Iran.
CNN reported on Monday, October 26, that U.S. forces could begin military operations against Iran within 96hours if ordered to do so by the U.S. president.
Citing informed sources, the network reported that sufficient U.S. forces are now deployed in the region to carry out potential strikes.
According to the sources, the scope of the potential new operations could extend beyond attacks on Iran’s radar systems, launchers and other military equipment.
However, the exact timing of any potential operation remains unclear, and there has been no confirmation that U.S. President Donald Trump has ordered an attack.
