The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF) claimed that it killed three Taliban fighters in Kunduz province.

The Front said in a statement on Monday, March 2, that the operation took place on the Kunduz–Aliabad highway, in the Angoor Bagh area.

According to the NRF, the attack targeted a vehicle carrying Taliban fighters.

The Front added that no civilians or their own forces were harmed.

Anti-Taliban fronts occasionally claim responsibility for attacks on the group in different provinces.
