The Taliban imposed new restrictions on the residents of Kabul.
Khalid Zadran, the spokesman of the Taliban police in Kabul, confirmed the news, saying that households need a certificate from the relevant police stations to move from one house to another.
Zadran said to a local media outlet on Saturday (November 13th) that the Taliban’s security stations in Kabul city have distributed papers to the real state dealers and offices, which are called relocation confirmations.
According to Mr. Zadran, the distribution of relocation confirmation can help them a lot in identifying criminals.
The Taliban had previously distributed papers in order to register the identity of families in the cities and considered it compulsory. Moreover, it was also said earlier that the Taliban have ordered the residents of Kabul to install Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) or surveillance cameras on the gates of their houses and rooms.
