The Taliban want to lay mines on the roads in Panjshir province, as a result of which they put the lives of civilians in danger.
Credible sources informed Hasht-e Subh on Friday (November 4th) about the intention of the Taliban.
The purpose of laying mines on the roads by the Taliban is to prevent and limit the movement of the forces of the National Resistance Front (NRF).
Meanwhile, a reliable source among the Taliban has also confirmed this news.
However, sources say that this move is more detrimental to villagers rather than its effect on NRF soldiers.
The Taliban have not officially said anything about this news.
This action is taken by the Taliban while there are thousands of non-neutralized landmines in different areas of the country, which are killing people, especially children from time to time.
According to Hasht-e Subh, at least 9 children have died in one month of this year due to the explosion of unexploded landmines and ammunition.
