Israeli army attacks across the Gaza Strip have killed at least three Palestinians and injured nine others.

Al Jazeera reported early Monday, October 5, that Israeli missile, drone, air and artillery strikes continued across the Gaza Strip.

According to the report, the three Palestinians killed in the attacks on Deir al-Balah and Khan Younis included a six-year-old girl and a humanitarian aid coordinator.

The attacks come as the Israeli army has agreed to a U.S.-brokered ceasefire aimed at reducing violence in the Gaza Strip.

However, over the past three years since the war in Gaza began, tens of thousands of people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank have been killed.
