The United Front of Afghanistan has claimed that it killed a member of the Taliban’s intelligence agency in Kandahar province.
The group made the claim in a statement posted on its X account on Tuesday afternoon, October 6.
According to the United Front, the Taliban intelligence member was killed before noon on Tuesday during an operation by the group’s forces.
The group said the operation was carried out against the Taliban intelligence member in the Morcha Kotol area of Arghandab district in Kandahar.
The claim comes as the United Front has, in recent days, claimed to have killed several Taliban members in different provinces.
