Local sources in Badghis province have reported a fatal incident resulting from the explosion of a gas tanker. The blast occurred on Monday, November 13, in the fourth district of Qala-e-Naw city, the center of Badghis province, claiming the life of a young individual named Rafiq and injuring another person.

As of now, the cause of the explosion remains undetermined.

The Taliban in Badghis have not issued any comments on this tragic event.

This incident follows a recent fire at the “Haji Rahmatullah” wood market in Kunduz, which incurred financial losses exceeding 400,000 US dollars. Additionally, a fire in the Kabul city Karte Parwan area some time ago resulted in casualties and damages.
